𝐈 – accounts for 90% of your body’s collagen. Found in skin, bones, tendons, fibrous cartilage, connective tissue and teeth.
𝐈𝐈 – more loosely packed fibers like elastic cartilage in your joints
𝐈𝐈𝐈 – collagen in the structures of your muscles, organs and arteries
𝐈𝐕 – fibers that help with filtration. Found in the layers of your skin
