⁠Eating healthy does not have to be boring. I’m a firm believer in that. It’s just all about using high-quality, whole food ingredients and finding substitutes for foods you’re trying to avoid.⁠

Ingredients:⁠
› @traderjoes cauliflower gnocchi⁠
› kale⁠
› @followyourheart non-dairy parmesan cheese⁠
› garlic⁠
› S+P⁠
› @chosenfoods avocado oil⁠

If you eat meat or dairy, you can also add a protein like chicken or use regular parm. Just look for ideally, pasture-raised or organic products.⁠

Directions: Cook gnocchi according to the instructions on the package. Simultaneously, lightly sauté the kale with some garlic and oil. Once the gnocchi is done, combine all ingredients into one pan to allow the cheese to melt.
