A Salad For When You’re Low On Ingredients

When you’re kind of low on ingredients, but still want to eat a delicious salad:

β†  𝐁𝐀𝐒𝐄: green kale

β†  π•π„π†π†πˆπ„: chopped cucumber

β†  𝐅𝐀𝐓: pumpkin seeds + Chosen Foods garlic avocado spray

β†  𝐀𝐃𝐃 πŽππ’: Tru Roots Organics olive oil and sea salt quinoa, brown rice and lentil blend + salt and pepper

Tip: I use the Chosen Foods garlic spray on literally everything here: marinade on chicken, oil for the pan, dressing on the salad.
