When you’re kind of low on ingredients, but still want to eat a delicious salad:

↠ 𝐁𝐀𝐒𝐄: green kale

↠ 𝐕𝐄𝐆𝐆𝐈𝐄: chopped cucumber

↠ 𝐅𝐀𝐓: pumpkin seeds + Chosen Foods garlic avocado spray

↠ 𝐀𝐃𝐃 𝐎𝐍𝐒: Tru Roots Organics olive oil and sea salt quinoa, brown rice and lentil blend + salt and pepper

Tip: I use the Chosen Foods garlic spray on literally everything here: marinade on chicken, oil for the pan, dressing on the salad.
