Fat Loaded Green Goddess Kale Salad

Ingredients:

  • Kale
  • Cucumbers
  • Grape tomatoes
  • Avocado
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Chia seeds
  • Trader Joe’s seedy almond salad topper
  • Primal Kitchen green goddess avocado oil dressing

Directions:

Chop and mix all ingredients together. I only use half a packet of TJ’s salad topper when making a salad for one!
