Yogurt bowls are a quick and easy breakfast you can toss together as you’re running out the door. Not only are they delicious, but yogurt is filled with gut-healthy probiotics (depending on the brand you use) and a lot of the other ingredients I use tend to be high in fat, fiber and protein.

Here are a few of my favorite combinations:

Peanut Butter and Seed Skyr Yogurt

  • Skyr yogurt
  • Chia seeds
  • Flaxseed meal
  • Almonds
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Walnuts
  • Dried cranberries
  • Small scoop of natural peanut butter

Pear and Walnut Skyr Yogurt

  • Skyr yogurt
  • Chia seeds
  • Pear
  • Nuts of your choosing (I have walnuts, almonds and pumpkin seeds)
  • Dried cranberry (or other dried fruit)
  • Topped with bee pollen

Berry and Coconut Flake Skyr Yogurt

  • Skyr yogurt
  • Chia seeds
  • Strawberries
  • Blackberries
  • Gluten-free sprouted honey hemp granola
  • Organic peanut butter
  • Coconut flakes
