  • Prosciutto
  • Arugula
  • Pears
  • Goat Cheese
  • Balsamic Drizzle


  • Start by laying a piece of prosciutto flat
  • On top of it stack a small cluster of arugula, a slice or two of pear, and sprinkle some goat cheese.
  • Roll everything up (this may be the hardest part, so be patient and go slow)
  • Drizzle with balsamic.
