- Goat Cheese
- Balsamic Drizzle
- Start by laying a piece of prosciutto flat
- On top of it stack a small cluster of arugula, a slice or two of pear, and sprinkle some goat cheese.
- Roll everything up (this may be the hardest part, so be patient and go slow)
- Drizzle with balsamic.
