For the morning’s I need something a little smooth and creamy, this peanut butter maca smoothie is my go-to.


  1. 1 Banana (or cauliflower)
  2. Handful of blueberries
  3. Scoop of organic chia seeds
  4. Vanilla bone broth protein
  5. Organic flaxseed meal
  6. Organic maca powder
  7. Organic creamy light roasted peanut butter
  8. Unsweetened flax milk

I blend it all up in my blender, sprinkle some cacao nips on top for little sumthin’ extra – because you know, it’s all about the presentation – toss in a gold metal straw (save the turtles ) and proceed to live my best life.
