Cycle syncing is essentially when you align the four phases of your menstrual cycle with your diet, exercise routine, social calendar and even your work. Throughout your cycle, your hormones shift, causing you to feel and act differently depending on the time of the month (you may have noticed?) and these fluctuations influence your mood, energy levels, attractiveness, pain tolerance and food cravings.
Through cycle syncing, you provide your body with what it needs when it needs it and move your life more into flow (pun intended) and embrace the feminine energy of a flowing and ever-changing cycle.
I personally use the My Flo app by Alissa Vitti. It allows me to track my cycle, but, the best part about it is that it provides me customized recommendations for diet, exercise, social and work based on my symptoms and cycle phase — all at my fingertips!
