Using essential oils is an essential part of my wellness routine (haha, get it). They are such a quick, easy and delightful way to alter your mood, whether you want to feel energized for the day, focus on a project or relax before bed. Oils can be diffused with water, applied directly on your skin (with a carrier oil), or sprayed on fabrics and linens.

Here are two of my favorite blend recipes for morning and night:

Morning Blend

+7 drops of Jasmine

+4 drops of Neroli

+2 drops Rose

+2 drops of Orange

Night Time Blend

+7 drops of Lavender

+3 drops of Bergamot

+4 drops Frankincense.
